Growing European grapes of noble heritage to make wine of similar European styles. Stonehedge Vineyard: 9 acres of vines, including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris. Hummels Hill Vineyard: 23 acres of vines planted in 10 different varietals, including Pinot Noir, Gewürtztraminer, Chardonnay, Reisling, Cabernet, Franc, Syrah, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris.
